Within a few months of using Belara, the withdrawal bleeding was irregular, and now it hasn't occurred at all - is this normal?

I took Belara tablets regularly, at fixed times (10-12:30 p.m.). I've never missed a daily pill. Within a few months, the bleeding was irregular (sometimes on Tuesday, sometimes on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday). Now I'm worried because the withdrawal bleeding didn't appear, and I took it regularly, I didn't have vomiting or diarrhea. Have any of you had this problem?

Menstrual cycle disorders can occur with the use of any hormonal contraception. The absence of withdrawal bleeding is a phenomenon described in the summary of product characteristics and, if the drug has been used correctly as directed by the manufacturer, it does not indicate a lack of efficacy. If irregular bleeding occurs frequently, it is worth going to a gynaecologist for check-ups to rule out health problems. If all previous test results are normal, you may want to consider switching to a different pill or to a different form of contraception.
