How to use Magnefar B6 Forte when pregnant?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant. The endocrinologist recommended me to take magnesium + B6 twice a day. At home, I have a pack of Biofarm's Magnefar B6 Forte. My question is: can I take it 2x half a pill? Is it safe to be pregnant?

Magnefar B6 Forte is a magnesium preparation registered as a medicine. In case the use of magnesium has been recommended by a doctor, it can be used during pregnancy. You can take up to 3 to 4 tablets a day in 2 or 3 divided doses. The drug should be taken with food.
