How is Euthyrox and Rybelsus used together?

Euthyrox, Rybelsus and Glucophage

Hello, I have a question.
I've been taking half a tablet of Euthyrox in the morning on an empty stomach for a few months now and Glucophage 1000 XR in the evenings. I've been given a new medication Ryblelsus and I'm wondering how to dose it considering that Euthyrox and Rybelsus have to be taken on an empty stomach. I don't have the opportunity to contact a doctor anytime soon, and out of stupidity I didn't even ask. What can be the effects of taking these two drugs at similar times?

There should be an interval of at least 30 minutes between Euthyrox and Rybelsus.

Rybelsus delays gastric emptying and may affect the absorption of Euthyrox. I encourage you to take Euthyrox first, then Rybelsus (after at least 30 minutes) and then after another 30 minutes until breakfast.

In addition, regular monitoring of thyroid hormone levels is recommended when Euthyrox and Rybelsus are used concomitantly.

We wrote about whether Glucophage can be used with Rybelsus in our opinion:
