As for ubiquitin, I do not find information that it is used in the treatment of:

When it comes to curcumin – it all depends on what is at the root of the disease, if one of the causes of Parkinson's is intestinal dysfunction – then the parallel inclusion of curcumin may support the treatment of the symptoms of the disease, alleviating its course.
As for lion's mane - "A study conducted on mice proved that lion's mane reduces the loss of dopaminergic cells. At the same time, its use weakens motor deficits. Therefore, it can be concluded that the lion's mane may slow the progression of Parkinson's disease." More here:
