Anapran is a medicine that contains naproxen as the active ingredient. It is mainly used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headaches, muscle aches, rheumatic pains or toothaches. However, it is not typically recommended for the treatment of polypathic pain.
Polypathic pains are typically associated with damage to peripheral nerves that can cause tingling, burning, pinching, as well as pain. In the case of neuropathic pain, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as Anapran, may have limited analgesic effects.
Pain is usually treated with analgesics that act on nerve receptors, such as antiepileptics (gabapentin, pregabalin), antidepressants (amitriptyline, duloxetine) and opioids.
If you have problems with polypathic pain, you should consult a doctor who can prescribe an appropriate medication or recommend an appropriate therapy to alleviate these symptoms. If you do not have the possibility of an in-person visit, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
