Should I continue with the Klabax antibiotic if I have an intimate infection?

I started taking an antibiotic (klebax - clarithromycinum) and after 5 days I got an infection, still on the 5th day of taking the antibiotic I used gynoxin uno. Can I continue the antibiotic for two more days while using clotrimazolum? Will continuing the antibiotic slow down the treatment of the infection?

The use of an antibiotic is very important. The treatment should be completed. In the future, remember to prophylactically use preparations with lactobacilli, which will protect intimate areas during antibiotic therapy.
