Should I stop taking Duphaston if I have been bleeding similar to menstruation for 3 days?

I've been taking Duphastron for 6 days. I've been bleeding similar to menstruation for 3 days , should I stop taking my medication? The gynaecologist told me to take medication until the end of the package and then come back after the end of menstruation, but the one from withdrawal. He didn't say anything about him showing up during treatment.

Spotting and mid-cycle bleeding may occur while taking Duphaston, especially at the beginning of treatment. It is not menstruation and is not a cause for concern. Continue to take this medicine as directed by your doctor.
