Yes, once the drug is discontinued, protection is no longer maintained and pregnancy is possible in the first menstrual cycle after the end of therapy.
According to the drug's manufacturer:
"Women of childbearing potential should be advised that ovulation returns rapidly upon discontinuation of Ryeqo. Therefore, it is necessary to talk to the patient about appropriate contraceptive methods before stopping treatment and to start using alternative contraception immediately after stopping treatment."
