No, the police do not have such information. During the inspection, the police officer is also not allowed to question the tester's indications. If the tester indicates a positive result, then it must be proven in the course of the proceedings that you are taking the medication from a doctor's prescription and not the drug. During this period, the driver loses his driving license.
