According to the summary of product characteristics of Budesonide LEK-AM, patients have been reported who mistakenly swallowed capsules instead of placing them in the inhaler. In most cases, capsule consumption was not associated with adverse reactions. Patients should be instructed by their physicians on how Budesonide LEK-AM should be used.
Take this medicine by inhalation using an inhaler. Remember to rinse your mouth after using the product.
If taken by any other route, the medicine will not be effective.
