Do I have to insert the vaginal ring at the same time as I took the pills?
Good morning. I'm changing my contraceptive method from pills to rings. Is the time of insertion important? Since I always took the pills at 2:00 p.m., should I also put the disc in at that time? Can I just put it on in the morning?
