Can Helicid capsules be opened?

Hello, if I am not able to swallow the tablets, can I pour out the contents of the helcite and wash it down with tea?
I'll also add that to kill the bitterness after this I ate a banana and my tongue burns. Is it possible or am I imaginary?

Yes, people who have a swallowing problem can open a capsule of Helicid. In this case, please follow the instructions below:
" Open the capsule and swallow its contents with sufficient liquid. The contents of the capsule can also be mixed with still water or fruit juice, the resulting suspension should be drunk immediately (within 30 minutes of preparation at the latest). Always stir the liquid immediately before drinking and rinse the glass with water. Do not use milk or sparkling water. You can also take the capsule into your mouth, then swallow the pellets with water after the casing has dissolved. Do not chew the pellets."
