To @Marina:

To the best of my knowledge, there are no registered urea drugs for oral administration in Poland.

Oral urea can be used to treat hyponatremia. It is possible that a doctor can write a prescription for a medicine made in a pharmacy - it is worth consulting with him about this possibility: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-recepturowe-robione-w-aptece

The doctor prescribed us urea for oral use. In tablet or powder form. Is it possible to find out if urea for this method of application is available in Poland?

Urea is often used in skin care creams and ointments, especially to soften and exfoliate calloused skin. Urea is used externally and is not intended for internal use. The use of urea internally could be dangerous and inconsistent with its intended use.

At the following link you will find a range of urea products for external use:

You can make an appointment for a teleconsultation with a doctor at the following link:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
