Can I change my doctor's order to change the times I take Acard and Plavix?

I took an acard at noon and
I pay about 20 o'clock ( yes in the hospital I dose) now the cardiologist recommended me the opposite in the evening acard and pay in the morning! Is this correct?

There are no contraindications to changing the hours of taking Plavix and Acard. You can take Plavix in the morning and Acard in the evening.
