Can I take Vitrum D3 Forte, Skrzywita 40+ and Oeparolmed Biotin at the same time?

Can I take Vitrum d3 forte, Skrzypowta 40 plus and Oeparolmed Biotin or any other preparation with biotin in the form of a drug at the same time? How long can these preparations be used for hair loss and nail problems and after the age of 50. I still have a question about what is more effective for these problems: Winged 40 plus or Vitapil New formula and whether they can be combined with Oeparolmed Biotin or another drug with biotin, e.g. Biotynox forte

There are no contraindications to combining Vitrum D3 Forte, Skrzypovita 40+ and Oeparolmed Biotin. These preparations can be used continuously to supplement the daily diet.

Vitapil has a more complete composition, i.e. it contains more ingredients in appropriate doses, the deficiency of which can potentially contribute to worse condition of hair and nails. Vitapil contains biotin, so there is no need to use an additional preparation with this ingredient.
