How to use the oral desensitization vaccine Staloral after day 9 of the initial treatment?

Good morning, the son of 7 years uses Staloral300 code 315 for house dust mites and pollen. The doctor told us to use it according to the leaflet. However, I do not really know how to use after 9 days of use. Have you started maintenance treatment already? Do you take any breaks?

After 9 days, the maintenance dose should be switched to.

According to the manufacturer:

"The maximum, well-tolerated dose should be taken daily or three times a week.

The dose does not depend on age, but on the patient's individual reactivity.

The recommended dose is at least 4 puffs 3 times per week or 2 to 4 puffs daily with a solution of 300 IR/ml. In general, taking this product daily allows you to stick to the dosage better than taking it 3 times a week. For this reason, it is recommended to take it daily."
