Should I increase my dose of Mycosyst if I am taking mycosis of the genital tract and I have oral mycosis?

Hello, at the beginning of August I had vaginal mycosis I got from the gynazol gynecologist, a month later the burning sensation occurred again and I took a pharmacy set clotrimazole, a week ago the gynecologist said that the infection was cured but prescribed mycosyst once a week so that the infection did not recur. Today I noticed that I have ringworm of the tongue, can I increase the dose of mycosyst to cure mycosis of the tongue before I get to the doctor? Could this be related in some way?

You may need to change your dose of Mycosyst or apply a topical treatment for oral fungus.

If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
