Yes, you can. These drugs do not interact with each other clinically that would preclude their combined use.
Zanacodar (Telmisartan) is a medicine of the angiotensin II receptor antagonist (ARB) group that is mainly used to treat high blood pressure (blood pressure). Telmisartan works by dilating blood vessels and lowering blood pressure, which may be beneficial for people with hypertension or certain cardiovascular problems.
However, it is not a drug used to lower blood calcium levels. Control of calcium levels in the body is usually regulated by other mechanisms.
