A minimum interval of 4 hours between rupafine and grapefruit juice should be maintained.
According to the manufacturer:
"Grapefruit juice interaction: Concomitant administration of grapefruit juice increases systemic rupatadine exposure by a factor of 3.5. Do not use concomitantly with grapefruit juice."
