Is irregular bleeding and spotting after replacing the Mirena IUD a cause for concern?

Hello, I have a second Mirena insert (the second one is put on immediately after the first one). With this IUD for several months I have spotting, at a time when I should have menstruation. In addition, recently, for several weeks almost after every intercourse there are spotting. First light pink you/light red mucus, then dark red spotting.
Is this a cause for concern? I have a follow-up visit in 2 months

Irregular bleeding and spotting may occur during the first months after replacing the Mirena system with a new one. If they persist until the follow-up visit, it is worth informing the gynecologist.
