Hydroxyzine and melatonin can potentiate each other's effects. Combined intake of the substance may lead to increased side effects on the part of the nervous system, e.g. excessive sedation, confusion. Therefore, if such a combination is not necessary, it is not recommended to take hydroxyzine and melatonin at the same time.
