Yes, you can. From November 1, 2023, prescriptions for psychotropic drugs, e.g. Zomiren, can only be issued in electronic form.
Currently, it is possible to obtain a prescription for a psychotropic drug without examining the patient (e.g. during telecounseling), only if no more than 3 months have passed since the last examination of the patient.
Legal basis : Regulation of the Minister of Health of 12 July 2023 on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, category 1 precursors and preparations containing these drugs or substances
