Is there a risk of pregnancy if I regularly use birth control pills and condoms?

She has been using birth control pills for two years very regularly and always at the same time. Last night I felt that I was a little sick and at night it was even worse, I thought I could not do it and would vomit but I drank some water, stood by the window and then I managed to fall asleep. I would like to add that in addition to tablets, we always use condoms. Is there any risk or could my well-being be due to something else?

With properly used contraceptive pills and the additional use of mechanical protection (i.e. condoms), pregnancy is unlikely to be pregnant. Of course, you can 100% exclude the possibility of pregnancy by taking a pregnancy test from the pharmacy, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-domowe-laboratrium-test/apteki
