You can use Fluomizin during breastfeeding if your doctor thinks it is necessary. This drug penetrates into the systemic circulation to a minimal extent, so it does not pose a danger to the child.
I enclose the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30652/fluomizin-tabletki-dopochwowe/ulotka
and a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-a-karmienie-piersia
By summary of product characteristics:
"Systemic exposure to Fluomizin, occurring in breastfeeding women, is minimal.
Therefore, it is not expected that this medicinal product will have a harmful effect on the fed
breastfeeding newborns or infants.
Fluomizin can be used during lactation if there are clinical indications."
