Is it possible to chew mint gum with cardia insufficiency and gastropathy? Mint gum always helped me with nausea and now I have them strong at times.

Oh, thank you very much. And will drinking chamomile, in sachets, bought from the grocery store, also be okay? Does it have to be, sprinkled tea?

Products containing mint should be avoided. Mint stimulates the esophageal receptors, reduces the tone of the lower esophageal sphincter and increases gastric secretion.

A better solution may be, for example, drinking an infusion of chamomile. It is also important to properly hydrate - eating min. 1.5 liters of water per day.

Chamomile can be bought online, also with home delivery, e.g.
