Do you have to wean?because it can have some effect on erection thank you for the odp.

Martin and some side effects at 5mg ?also I have 5mg every day and adds 5mg before intercourse is 10 mg and I will say that last time I managed four times ;)without ever so much, although the erection is not that so ujme stone:)but you can fight and I noticed that delays ejaculation which is a plus I want to try 15mg as it will be.
I also take Tadalafil every day for over a year. It works perfectly. We are talking about a dose of 5 mg. I wonder if a dose of 2.5 mg would also be enough.

I understand your concerns and desire for information. Please note, however, that as a pharmacist I can only provide information of a general nature.
Erlis (the active substance Tadalafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction, but it can also be used in some cases to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and premature ejaculation. The dosage and method of use of this medicine should be determined by the doctor.
According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, Erlis should be taken at least 30 minutes before planned sexual activity. The manufacturer does not recommend constant, daily intake of the drug. However, in some patients who anticipate frequent use of tadalfil (i.e. at least twice a week), the lowest dose of tadalafil once daily may be considered, according to patient choice and physician judgement. If your doctor has prescribed Mr. Erlis 5 mg daily, this means that this is the dose to be used regardless of planned sexual intercourse.
If you are also taking Enarenal 10 mg for high blood pressure, talk to your doctor. Erlis (Tadalafil) and some medicines for high blood pressure, including Enarenal (Enalapril), can affect blood pressure. Therefore, you should regularly monitor your blood pressure and inform your doctor about any worrying symptoms. Your doctor will be able to assess whether these two medicines are safe to use together and whether dose adjustments are needed. It is not recommended to change doses yourself or discontinue medications without consulting a doctor, as this may affect the effectiveness of treatment and health in general.
