Is it possible that the evening dose of Karbis is too much?

Good morning, I use Karbis 16 mg 2x a day. In the morning 1/2 tbl. In the evening 1tbl. After taking tbl. in the morning, I do not feel any side effects, but in the evening I have a strong headache and the RR increases instead of decreasing. In addition, I have a low heart rate

Any modifications in therapy, including changing the dose of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your health condition: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki If you have the impression that the evening dose of Karbisu may be too high or causes unwanted side effects, I strongly recommend that you consult your doctor. The doctor will be able to assess your current situation and adjust the dosage or type of treatment depending on your needs. Please do not change the dose or method of taking Karbisu without consulting your doctor, as this may affect the effectiveness of the medicine and your health. If it is not possible to visit a stationary one, I encourage you to use teleadvice via, for example, the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Through where, you can check the availability of Karbis and book it at the pharmacy of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/39768/karbis-tabletki/apteki
