Can I open the capsule of Dutilox?

Can I open a capsule of dutilox 60mg, spoon the contents and swallow with water? The capsule is quite big for me, and I have a fear of choking.

The manufacturer of the medicinal product does not foresee the possibility of opening the capsule, pouring its contents on a spoon and taking it after mixing with water. The Summary of Product Characteristics reads: "The capsule should be swallowed whole with water." If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, seek medical advice.
