If your doctor has not given you information on when to take the medicine, it is usually recommended to give it in divided doses, so taking the tablet at 8 and 16 should be fine.
2 tablets a day

I do not know what dosage was recommended by the doctor who prescribed the drug.
So in the morning at 8 and after 16 in the afternoon will be okay?

Do not change your Debretin dosage, but you can change the time of your Vines tablets if your current dosage interferes with your Debretin dosage. If you do not want to change the time of taking Vines, keep an interval of about 3-4 hours before and after
I understand, if you take this drug two doses a day is preferably 4h before the tablet Vines and after 4h? Would you recommend a different dosage, e.g. two tablets after Vines tablets - I take the tablet at 12

Due to the stimulant effect of gastrointestinal motility, Debretin could potentially affect the absorption of hormones from the tablet, so it is recommended to keep an interval of about 4 hours just in case. This interaction has not yet been confirmed by research.
Thank you, I can ask in that case, if the break is smaller, will something happen?

Debretin (trimebutin) does not affect the action and effectiveness of Vines birth control pills. However, I recommend keeping a time interval (about 4 hours) between the use of Debretin and birth control pills. I enclose the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21422/debretin-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka We wrote about the ingredients that affect the effectiveness of contraception here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jedzenie-i-picie-obnizaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
