Good morning. I took a stopwatch in the morning because I had diarrhea on a nervous background, and later I went to the doctor and got sumamed 500 3 tablets and took 1 tablet of sumamed, and now I read about the interactions of these drugs. Am I in danger? I took stoperan at 10 and sumamed at 14

Concomitant intake of Sumamed and Loperamide may suspend the risk of arrhythmias. This type of arrhythmia, characterised by QT prolongation, has been observed with overdose with loperamide (the active substance in Stoperan). Therefore, there is a low risk that such an interaction will occur after a single dose of Stoperan taken at an interval from Sumamed. However, if you notice an irregular heart rhythm, tell your doctor.
