It is not recommended to use a complex of B vitamins, Biotebal, zinc and Vitapil together. I encourage you to verify the need to use supplements, due to the presence of the same nutrients in the preparations. Vitapil contains, m.in. zinc, biotin, vitamin B12 and other B vitamins. The recommended use of the Vitapil supplement is 1 capsule a day during a meal. Biotebal should be used separately with a raw chicken egg. It can be used, for example, during breakfast. I do not know in what doses you use the other preparations. Excessive consumption of zinc can lead, for example, to anemia, gastrointestinal disorders. Zinc can be used in the morning before a meal, however, it happens that it causes an irritating effect on the stomach. If an irritant effect occurs, it should be used simultaneously with a meal. You did not give the name of the supplements used. In the event that the B vitamin complex used contains vitamin B12, the daily intake of supplements should also be verified. B vitamins are best used in a complex. If the B complex you use does not contain biotin and vitamin B12, they can be used together. B vitamins should not be used concomitantly with vitamin C. B vitamins (except B12) can be taken regardless of the meal. Vitamin B complex can be used in the morning, immediately before breakfast. In contrast, vitamin B12 should be used during or after a meal.
