What probiotic to include with Probio Femina before flying to Egypt?
I'm about to fly to Egypt. I have been taking Probio Femina for 5 days so as not to catch an infection in the pool. I read that you should also take protective drugs on the intestines so as not to catch the revenge of the pharaoh. Can I combine intimate and intestinal probiotics? If so, what is the best way to buy to take together with probio Femina? Or maybe only those I currently take are enough, they also work on the intestines?

Bacterial strains with confirmed antidiarrheal activity are Sacharomyces boulardii and Lactobacilus Rhamnosus LGG. Probio Femina contains the strain L. rhamnosus Rosell-343®, L. reuteri HA-188. Due to the fact that I am already taking you a probiotic containing L. rhamnosus bacteria, I suggest as a preventive measure to include one that contains the S. boulardii strain, these probiotics can be used together.
