Unfortunately, to my knowledge, there are no antispasmodic preparations available in the form of syrup or suspension. In this case, you can crush the tablet, e.g. Spastyna Max (drotaverine), hang it in a tablespoon of boiled, cooled water and give the patient: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/90760/spastyna-max-tabletki/apteki
