Good morning. I am after shoulder surgery, and more precisely I have inserted a shoulder prosthesis, I am 3 days after surgery, the doctor prescribed me painkillers: Kosyarox 60 mg 2x1 and zaldiar 37.5 plus 325 mg 2x 1 and I do not know how to take these drugs I have written dosage but I do not know if I can take one and the other drug at once? Or take one and the other after a few hours? Morning? In the evening? The doctor did not specify how to take it because hospitals do not have time for it, he asked me for help in this matter.

Zaldiar and Kostarox are analgesics, so taking them is advisable at the moment when the sensation of pain is strongest. Taking these drugs is better to spread over time for the best and longest-lasting analgesic effect. You can, for example, take two Kostarox tablets in the morning and take two Zaldiar tablets in the afternoon or at night (depending on the pain you feel).
