In the case of intestinal enteropathy with protein loss, the therapy consists in the treatment of the underlying disease, i.e. the disease that causes the disorder, e.g. liver disease, stomach or duodenal ulcer, connective tissue diseases, intestinal diseases. In addition, a proper diet is necessary - high protein, low in salt and fats. Treatment therefore includes drugs that alleviate the symptoms of the underlying disease - here it is necessary to properly diagnose and properly select pharmacotherapy and, if necessary, supplement vitamin deficiencies. Typical treatment of intestinal enteropathy consists in supplementing deficiencies of vitamins, microelements. In some cases, glucocorticoids and other immunosuppressants are also used, as well as - in special cases - cytostatics. An introduction to further diagnostics may be teleadvice with a doctor, e.g. here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
