Will Herivan help reduce the amount of HPV and thus get rid of warts faster?

Good morning, recently the doctor prescribed me Herivan 400 mg for warts and recommended lubricating warts with Verrucutan. I have a question whether Herivan will help reduce the amount of HPV, and thus get rid of warts faster

Warts are growths that appear most often on the hands and feet of people infected with HPV, also known as human papillomavirus. Heviran is registered for the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections of the skin and mucous membranes and will not be effective against human papillomavirus.
