If your doctor has prescribed Duphaston for irregular menstruation and advised you to take it from day 16 of your cycle (dc) to day 25 of your cycle, there is a reason for this particular range of days. Taking Duphastonu in a certain interval of days is aimed at simulating the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, in which after ovulation the level of progesterone in the body increases. This helps to maintain the lining of the uterus (endometrium) and prepare it for the possible reception of the embryo in the event of fertilization. Taking Duphastonu for a long time (more than 10 days) is not recommended. It can disrupt the natural course of the menstrual cycle. It is a hormonal agent, so it is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dose, frequency and length of taking the drug. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book a medicine in a selected stationary pharmacy and pick it up upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25619/duphaston-tabletki-powlekane/apteki If you are not able to get to your doctor, I enclose a link to online teleadvice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
