Could the green coating in the water have affected the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Hello. I take Yasmin birth control pills and very often wash them down with water from the filter kettle. Recently I noticed that in the kettle in the place where the filter appeared a little green coating. Of course, as soon as I noticed it, I immediately washed the kettle natommiast I do not know how long this raid was there and certainly a little bit of it got into the water I drank. Could it have affected the absorption of hormones from the pill and thus its effectiveness?
