Can I split a Rybelsus tablet or take a higher dose?

I take ribelsus 7mg from 8tyg,but I had.trouble with buying a prescription and kipilam 14mg, can I divide it in half or better to take exceptionally for these days a higher dose?

Rybelsus tablets should not be divided, as this may affect the absorption of semaglutide and the lack of effectiveness of treatment. Increasing the dose should be consulted with the attending physician, who is acquainted with your health in detail.
