How to use Metronidazole, Duomox and PPIs together?

According to the data available in the summary of product characteristics, it is recommended to use: Metronidazole can be used regardless of meals. It is forbidden to consume alcohol with metronidazole, as well as 2 days after the end of treatment. Metronidazole can be taken immediately after meals or together with doses of Duomox. Duomox should be used after an easily digestible meal, because it reduces the risk of side effects. When using the antibiotic Duomox, the most optimal would be to use the drug at equal 12-hour intervals. If this happens, you should adjust your meal plan and the time of use of the other medicines to the scheduled times of taking Duomox. According to the current medical literature, the H. pylori eradication scheme provides for the intake of PPIs 2 x per day. Usually 30 min. before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner. It is also worth including a probiotic in the therapy, preferably a product with proven effects.
