Good morning, I am 37 years old and a question about supplementation with such a genetic load. Mom has periodontitis, I have already lost 2 teeth, despite taking care of frequent visits to the dentist. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it. Recently mmaje came out osteoporosis, mkml6, that is an active person, eating healthily. Can I do anything about it? What supplements are worth taking?
