Lymphadenopathy is an side effect that occurs uncommonly with Dermitopic. This is a symptom that should be reported to your doctor. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, decisions on whether to stop a medicine are made on the basis of more information about the patient's state of health and the circumstances in which the adverse reaction occurred. I enclose the information contained in the SmPC: "Lymphadenopathy has been reported uncommonly in clinical trials (0.8%). Most of these cases were associated with infection (skin, respiratory tract, teeth) and resolved with appropriate antibiotic treatment. Lymphadenopathy occurring at initiation of treatment should be investigated and monitored. If lymphadenopathy persists, its etiology should be clarified. If the aetiology of lymphadenopathy is uncertain or acute infectious mononucleosis occurs, discontinuation of Dermitopic therapy should be considered. Patients who develop lymphadenopathy during treatment should be monitored to confirm complete resolution of lymphadenopathy." Side effects are worth reporting.
