Will muscle and joint pain disappear after administration of Depo-Medrol?

Good morning. A week ago I had a blockade in both hips Depo Medrolem. This is the third blockade in a year. The previous 2 I endured very well, for 2 days I felt only a slight pain at the injection site. Unfortunately, this time it is different, I have musculoskeletal pain. Can I take Aspicam and are these pains normal at all and will they pass? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Muscle and joint pain may be an adverse reaction after administration of Depo-Medrol. Usually, side effects disappear spontaneously within a few days. Aspicam can be used on an ad hoc basis. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Side effects of drugs can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg elk-side-effect-0
