The active substance in Ceclor 750 is cefaklor - an antibiotic of the cephalosporin group, used to treat bacterial infections, while hydroxyzine (contained in Atarax) is an antihistamine that can be used to relieve symptoms of allergies, anxiety or drowsiness.
