Escapelle and Ellaone should not be used simultaneously (or approximately). Ellaone may interfere with Escapelle because it binds to the same receptor as the active substance in this medicine. In addition, Ellaone works by delaying the onset of ovulation. If you can tell that intercourse took place during or after, the effectiveness of the preparation may be reduced. Escapelle will be a better solution because it limits the possibility of fertilization of an egg that has already been released, but you should not take two emergency contraceptive pills in one cycle (it reduces the overall effectiveness and increases the risk of side effects).
