Is it possible to take Mysimba from Mirena, Drovelis and Depratal?

Can I take Mysimba with an IUD of mirena, taking Drovelis for 3 months for a cyst and being on Depratal? Doesn't all this interact with each other in some undesirable way?

There are no contraindications to the use of Mysimba in patients using Mirena. Mysimba also does not interact with Drovelis tablets. The combination of Depratal (duloxetine) and Mysimba (naltrexone and bupropion) may increase the risk of seizures and delirium. Therefore, the simultaneous use of both preparations can only take place with the consent and under the supervision of a doctor, with strict adherence to the prescribed dosage regimen.
