If on the 14th day I lost the Ginoring disc, should I take a break of up to 7 days and put on a new one?
On the 14th day of use, the disc fell out for more than 3 hours. After putting on after another 2 days I read that you need to take a maximum break of up to 7 days from falling out and put on a new one. Will this be a good thing to do?
