Can I replace Intesta Max with Debutir Forte? Since using Intesta Max, I notice the presence of granules in the stool after each bowel movement. Is this a sign of non-absorption of this preparation in the intestine?

Intesta max is a granulate created to deliver the active substance to the intestinal lumen, i.e. where it takes place and protect it from the effects of gastric juice. The granulate matrix is made of appropriately selected triglycerides, the breakdown of which begins in the intestines and thus there is a gradual release of substances (sodium butyrate) along their entire length. Expulsion of the preparation in the feces indicates incomplete disintegration of the areola in the intestinal lumen. It is difficult to determine to what extent the granules have not released the active substance and whether it is therefore inefficient. Therefore, if during the use of Intesty max there is no improvement in health, you can consider switching to Debutir forte. Both preparations contain sodium butyrate in different doses, 1 capsule of Debutiru forte 300mg, 1 sachet of Intests max 750mg. I enclose links, for which you can compare the prices of Debutir and Intesty, book products at the pharmacy or order with home delivery: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/103897/intesta-max-granulat/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100677/debutir-forte-kapsulki/apteki
