I think you mean Iporel, not 'iprel'. If so, please read on. In Austria, the drug with clonidine may be available under the name Catapresan 0.15 mg. So it is the same active substance, but the dose is twice as high as in the drug Iporel available in Poland, which contains 0.075 mg of clonidine in one tablet. At the same time, the fact that a drug is registered in Austria does not guarantee that it is definitely available - this should be determined on the spot at the local pharmacy.
