Hello, at 10:30 I took the contraceptive pill Vines (it was the 13th pill from the package). However, at 11:40 I had a terrible stomach pain, which disappeared after a single "purging/diarrhea". Should I take an extra tablet from the pack in this situation? Will the protection be maintained despite a one-time longer visit to the toilet? I didn't vomit, it just cleaned me.

According to your report, there was no diarrhoea, so the protection is maintained and there is no reason to worry.
It is really hard for me to remember this situation after so many days. However, I did not spend more than 10 minutes in the toilet and it was an excessive liquid consistency. After this event, the ailments passed. I did not take the additional tablet.
The situation took place on Friday (28.07), today is Tuesday (1.08), as I mentioned I did not take an additional tablet. I spent a maximum of 10 minutes in the toilet and it was a stool with an excessively loose consistency. Is the protection lowered in this situation and what should I do? Are there any symptoms that indicate a lower dose of hormones in the body?

In diarrhoea, the minimum interval between successive stools is not determined. The number of stools passed can only be assessed by you. One, also given in parts, even liquid stool does not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive used. However, if, for example, you spent an hour in the toilet and during this time you passed at least 3 separate stools with an excessively loose consistency, this may affect the effectiveness of the tablets used. If diarrhoea occurs on the 13th tablet of Vines, it is recommended to supplement it as soon as possible.
It's hard for me to say whether I gave 2,3,4 loose stools during one visit to the toilet. That day it cleaned me harder during one longer stay in the toilet. I didn't take a spare pill that day. Is the protection maintained despite this?
Well, and here I have a question - understanding 3 loose stools during one visit to the toilet or within eg 3/4 entrances to the toilet?

A single loose stool does not affect the effectiveness of Vines contraception. Diarrhea is defined as passing at least 3 stools with an excessively loose consistency. I do not know how to understand diarrhea - as the number of trips to the toilet or the "size" of defecation
